ATOM New Embroidery Room
New embroidery room built for ATOM Supplies, project included framing, plastering, electrical work, flooring and painting.
Design and Construct Rear Patio – Private Client
Design and construct an external patio, including design, engineering, complete fabrication, electrical wiring and painting. A deck was constructed underneath the patio also.
St Paul’s Parish Church Repairs
Repair internal turret opening after water damage, new plasterboard and painting. Replace all screws on the external turret and lower roof, re-silicone all roof. Replace and repair flashings on lower roof line.
School Cubby House
Cyclone rated cubby house for the local Catholic Primary school early learning years playground.
Wickham Soffit Lining Replacement
Soffit rectification works at Wickham Recreation Precinct.
Hampton Harbour Boat & Sailing Club
Renovation to internal and external dining areas, new perimeter fencing to carparks, new shade cloth to outside dining area, painting and reflooring in lower auditorium, new ordering counter.
Hampton Harbour Kaiser Marine Cyclone Rectification Works
Cyclone rectification works including excavation, formwork, engineering footings, concreting works and crane works.
St Luke’s College
Cyclone Damien rectification works incl. emergency electrical repairs, re-roofing and flashing repairs to major buildings and structural steel replacement.

St Paul’s Church
Rebuild of external buttress wall.

Complete refurbishment to kitchen and bathroom, new flooring throughout and fresh internal painting to private Bulgarra residence.
St Peter’s Church Dampier
Replace all ceiling and wall linings in Church after water damage. Replace all roof screws and repair air conditioner.
Insurance Re-Roof including
Re-Engineering
Remove existing roof sheets, bring existing roof framing up to code for Region D Cyclonic conditions as per engineering, replace roof. Project included rewire of entire house and repaint throughout.
Point Samson Public Toilet Block Refurbishment
Complete refurbishment of existing toilet block, including all new toilets, cisterns, troughs, basins and tapware. All new tiling throughout including two external showers. Complete painting package, inclusive of all steel structures in roof space. New cyclone screens installed.
School Science Lab Refurbishment
Remove all bench tops from tables, remove cupboards with sinks completely, remove teachers desk and teachers supplementary cupboard. Replace all cupboards with new. Install new composite benchtops. Install new gas points, tapware and sinks. Install new power points throughout.
Replace Glass Sliding Doors
Remove existing glass sliding doors from daycare centre. Install new glass sliding doors. Make good all surfaces around door space.
Shade Sail Replacements
Replacement of shade sails at local parks and gardens, and day care centres. These replacements included all hardware to be replaced, such as winches and wires as well as the shade cloth.
Wickham Ceiling
Repair work undertaken to library ceiling after air conditioning works were completed.
Wet Area Refurbishment
Complete demolition of existing bathroom, toilet, ensuite and laundry. New internal steel frames installed. All new plumbing and electrical. Plastering, waterproofing, tiling and painting. All new tapware, vanities, basins and toilets.
Bathroom Water Leak Rectification and Roof Repairs
Remove shower screen for reuse, remove tiles to shower area only. Rescreed, apply waterproofing membrane and tile area. Remove and replace water damaged skirting in other areas of the house. Remove all ridge capping to roof, weather roof sheets were not done, install new compriband foam, install new dektite on roof penetrations, reinstall ridge capping with new screws, silicone and rivets as required. Repaint entire internal of house. Repaint external steel work.
Airport Baggage Handling Project
Extensive renovations completed to Karratha Airport Baggage Handling System to allow the installation of new baggage handling conveyors. Modifications to structural steel, wall panelling and extensive electrical works were completed.
Front Door Replacement
Remove existing front door, alter opening as required, fit new door with new hardware as required.
Wardrobe Works
Remove existing wardrobe doors and internals. Repair walls and colour match paint to existing walls. Install new sliding wardrobe doors, both mirrored and solid.
Airport Ceiling Repairs
Remove damaged plasterboard, replace with new, set area and paint.
Replace Storeroom Doors
Remove existing doors, install new doors with existing hardware. Paint doors to colour match existing colours.
Street Scaping Rectification Works
Install missing shade louvres in shade structures on main street of Karratha. This work required coordination with traffic management and was completed after hours to ensure minimal disruption to the city centre. An EWP was used to install coloured louvres to an existing structure that had been damaged from cyclone Damian.
Bathroom Renovation – Private Client
Demolish existing bathroom and rebuild to owners specifications.
New Shed Build
Remove existing shed, extend slab and install new shed, weatherboard walls and colorbond roofing.
